1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LoopJar, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LoopJar is a customer feedback management platform that allows you to collect, organize, and manage customer feedback. We provide various subscription plans with different features and limits.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.2 Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All fees are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

SDEEPCIPHER SOLUTIONS LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests will be considered and processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the request.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 3-5 days of the subscription activation or renewal.
• Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by SDEEPCIPHER SOLUTIONS LLP, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Partial Refunds: If you have used the service for a portion of your billing period, refunds (if approved) will be prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
• Service Issues: If you experience technical issues or service problems that prevent you from using the service effectively, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 3-5 days of the issue. We will investigate and may offer refunds or service credits at our discretion.
• No Refund Scenarios: Refunds may not be provided if the service has been used extensively, if there are violations of our Terms of Service, or if the cancellation request is made after the specified time period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LoopJar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopJar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoopJar from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
